AI contribution: Inspected the current README and documentation, filled missing design, content and collaboration files, and clarified the reserved status. Iteration/decisions: No new worldbuilding or feature choice was requested or accepted. Implementation: Markdown documentation only. Verification: Repository files reviewed and audit commits checked; there was no application code, gameplay, runtime test, or imported source material to validate.
